RESIDENT MAGISTRATE COURT.
(Before Joseph Giles. Esq., R.M.) Tuesday, October 28. civil case. J. L. Munson v. Jonah Levi.— Claim for £1 Is due on an LO.U. Mr Shapter for defendant. The claim was not disputed, but it was pleaded that contra accounts existed between the parties. Judgment given for plaintiff for amount claimed ; judgment for costs being reserved until hearing of crossaction.
