Key's Tambourini, 5 yrs ... 9 8 Red wood's Malvina, 4 yrs ... 8 Q Malloch's Gossip, 5 yrs ... 8 4 Hutchison's Mabel, 4 yra ... 712 Malloch's Fancy, aged ... 7 7 Morton's Barbariau, 5 yra .. 7 4 Key's Banjo, 4 yrs ... 7 2 Lunn's Alice Grrcy, 4 yra ... 7 0 Hutchinson's Malibar, aged ... G 10 Braba2on's Muscatel, 3 yrs ... G 6 Nosworthy's Defamer, 3 yrs ... G 5 Wosworthy's Seducer, 3 yrs ... G 5 Redwood's Kaitapo, 3 yrs ... 0 5 Redwood's Peringa, 3 yrs ... 6 0 Some of the old horses seem to be favorably handicapped, so much so indeed as to extinguish the chances of the top weights. With the exception of Malvina, which is decidedly overweighted, Mr Redwood's stable is favorably dealt with, Peringa, filly quite as good if not better than Mus* catel (the former by Ravensworth, out of a daughter of Phoebe by the Peer, the latter a son of Grolden Grape, out of Betty Martin), receiving 61b from the gelding.
