Exceeding half-an-ounce but not exceeding one ounce Sixpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce Threepence NEWSPAPERS. Forplaces within the colony, the Australian Colonies, and the United Kiugdom, Uuitcd States, v-p. San Francisco are chargeable w'iti a rate of one i>enny.
