TOTICE is given for public infor--jK mation that at a Meeting of the Council on the 17th September instant, a Resolution was passed, adopting the provisions contained in Schedule XIII to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, which will accordingly come into operation within the Borough at the expiration of one month from if b adoption, and that the Council intend proceeding to make Regulations or ByLaws thereunder. To Warden Giles, I HEREBY apply for a Lease of Land for Agricultural Purposes, situate at Inland Creek, south side of Buller River, as per District map, comprising 100 acres or thereabouts ; and I deposit herewith the Receiver's receipt for Twenty Pounds (£2O), in accordance with the Agricultural Lease Regulations of the 7th day of May, 1872, made under the Goldfiolds Act, 1860.
