CATTLE TRESPASS ACT. 1868. JAI and after the Ist day of Octeber next, the Provisions of " The Cattle Trespass Act, 1868," will be enforced on that Land, being Section 191 > Square 141, south side Buller River, near the old brewery (part of the same being leased and in the occupation of Young King, as a Market Garden) ; and that it is our intention to claim damages for all Cattle trespassing on the said lands, whether fenced or uuenclosed.
