BOROUGH OF WESTPOItT. ~|~N pursuance of the Municipal Cor- - porations Act, 1867, I, the undersigned, do hereby give notice that three candidates, Messrs Powell, Siieahan, and Suisted, retiring in rotation on the 11th of September next; SATURDAY, the 80th day of August instant, is appointed the day of Nomination for candidates to fill such vacancies, and all candidates must be nominated by delivering to me, before four of the clock in the afternoon next preceding the said day of nomination, a nomination paper in the form hereunder prescribed, and such nomination paper must be signed by not less than three persons duly qualified to vote at the election, and also signed by the person therein named as a candidate.
