These debentures will he issued under the " Immigration and Puhlic Works Loan Act, 1870," and will he sold at £9O 10s per cent. The Debentures will have a currency of Forty Tears from the 15th April, 1873, and will be in sums of One Hundred Pounds each, bearing interest at Four Per Cent, payable half-yearly, on the 15th April and 15th October in each year.
