BOROUGH OF WESTPORT. ELECTION NOTICE, "N pursuance of " The Municipal L Corporations Act, 18G7," I, the undersigned, do hereby give notice, that, by virtue of an instrument under the hand of His Excellency, the officer administering the Government, appointing the 7th day of July, 1573, to be the day whereon the first election of Councillors for the Borough of Westport shall take place, and further appointing me, the undersigned, to be the person by and before whom the said election shall be held, the said election will be held on the day so appointed. And I do hereby appoint SATURBAY NEXT, the 28th day of June instant, to be the day of NOMINATION under the said Act ■ and- all candidates must be nominated by delivering to me, at the Court House, Westport, before four of the clock in the afternoon of the day nest preceding the said day of nomination, a nomination paper in the form in the schedule hereunder written, or to the like effect; and such nomination paper must be signed by not less than three persons duly qualified to vote at the election and also signed by the person therein named as a candidate.
