It is rumored that Vogel urges Fox to retain the Premiership, and Fox will probably consent, 5 p.m. Ministerial arrangements remain unsettled. It is authentically stated O'Rorke intends to resign. Mr Vogel is seeking to secure one of the Wellington members in the Ministry with a view of obtaining the support of the Wellington party. A Nelson deputation waited on the Government regarding a proposal to set apart ten thousand acres for every mile of railway from Nelson to Westport. The Ministers promised to bring the matter before the Cabinet. Arrived—The Nebraska. GRAHAMSTOWN. April 7. Two men have been arrested for stealing specimens from the Caledonian claim, AUCKLAND.
