MELBOURNE. March 29. Sir George Bo wen left Sydney in the Government sloop Victoria for Melbourne. Francis will do nothing with regard to the San Francisco mail in connection with New Zealand. The gold yield is increasing SYDNEY. April 4. Four tenders for the San Francisco mail service have been received. One of them will be immediately accepted.' Newcastle tonnage dues have been abolished.
