Twopence, Kiceeding half-an-oimee but not exceeding one ounce ... ... Fourpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce Twopence lll.—Australian Colonies. Not exceeding half an ounce, Threepence, Exceeding half-an-ounce but not exceeding one ounce Sixpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce Threepence NEWSPAPERS. Forplaees within the colony, the Australian Colonies, and the United Kingdom, Uuited States, v'a San Francisco are chargeable w« *u a rate of one penny.
