Monday MAKCII 24. (Before 0. Broad, Esq., K.M.) Peter AVilliams v. Louis Pensini.— Claim to recover tbo value of a saddle and certain other goods sold, and for services rendered. Mr Pitt for plaintiff. Mr Shapter for defendant. Judgment given for <£3; costs of hearing 95.; professional fee and witnitness 80s. Pensini v. Williams. —Mr Shapter for plaintiff. Mr Pitt for defendant. Claim for goods supplied. The bill of particulars was amended by consent, and judgment was given for £9 10s sd, costs of hearing 18s, and professional lee one guinea. Blower v. O'Brien. —Claim for £3 lis. Judgment for full amount, with costs 80s. Montgomery v. Domingo.—Mr Pitt for defendant. Balance of account for potatoes. Dofendaut alleged that he had never received the potatoes or paid any money on account. Plaintiff was not prepared with sufficiently positive proof of the transaction. Nonsuited with costs. M'Lean v. Lakoman, —Claim for 4 weeks rent of house at £2 per week. Defendant pleaded a set off for value of improvements. Judgment given for amount claimed and costs 13s. The defendant having the option of bringing crosa action for recovery of his claim.
