One-fourth of the purchase 'inoney in cash on the fall of the hammer, the remainder at or before the expiration 'of three calendar months from theday of sale, to be paid at the office ,cif the 'Officer hi Charge of Confiscated LatidSj Patea. By clause '±B of the Confiscated Laid Eegulationa, under which the sale is to take place, "in the event of the Btecotid payment no't being made as aforesaid, the sale shall be void and the deposit 'forfeited." The WhenWkufa Bldck lies between the Patea and Whenuakura Rivers, on the former df which the Town of Carlyle is situated. The main road between Wellington and New Plymouth and the 'surveyed railway line run through the 'centre of the block, and access to each section has been provided by road lines laid off during survey. The land ra some of the best in New Zealand, and, both from its quality and position, is admirably suited to the requirements of persons of moderate means who intend to occupy and improve their cfora farms. VfOTICE ia hereby given, that on iM and after the '3rd of April, 1873, the provision of, the Cattle trespass Act, 1868, will be 'enforced on my land No. 7 Suburban Section, Square 141, on the batik of the Buller Eiver; and that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle, Horses, Sheep, Pigs, Or other animals trespassing on the land, whether the same be fenced or unenclosed.
