(FROM OTJE. OWN CORRESPONDENTS.) WELLINGTON. March 3. The Ministers sent memo, to the Governor, the result of which will be to detain hiin. The Premier demands to be allowed to publish a Gazette extraordinary, announcing the resignation of the Ministry, to which the Governor declines at present to consent. The Governor has accepted the resignation of Waterbouse. The official correspondence will be published. The Governor had determined to leave on the 3rd, but Waterhouse imperatively ordered the Captain of the Luna to remain in harbour. The Governor will probably send for Vogel. All hopes of the present complication being arranged, have ceased. Waterhouse received a telegram from Vogel by the Tararua. Vogel remains in Australia for the present. Fox has consented to take office until Vogel's return, in order to prevent inconvenience to public business on account of the dead lock. He has been gazetted. March 6. The Cyrus, from Newcastle, has arrived here with 500 tons of coal. Authentic information states that Mr Vogel will be asked to become Premier. .._ Should he accept, Mr Fox resigns his seat iu the Cabinet. Otherwise Mr Fox will retain office until the meeting of Parliament, sometime in May.
AUCKLAND. March 6. Great preparations are being made for the departure of the Governor. A monster procession will take place.
