If wind from southeast to-morrow the races will be pulled on the northern part of harbor, if wiud otherwise, at Petone. March 3, 10 p.m. Official correspondence between the Governor and the Honorable Mr Waterhouse has been published. Mr Waterhouse has expressed strong dissatisfaction at the Governor communicating with other members of the Ministry without his (Waterhouse's) knowledge.
