Tuesday, Febeuaby 18. (Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.) APPLICATIONS. Bernard Duffy.—Application for head water race to catch tailiags from claim held by O'Toole and party. No appearance of applicant. O'Toole objected thereto unless proviso was made on registration that the creek should not bo interfered with by erection of dam or other obstruction to the working of their claim. Granted conditionally. William Lennon.—Application for head watev race. Objected to on behalf of James O'Bsilly who claimed certain water tables sought to be used by applicant, who also claimed the right to use them. Application granted
conditionally on applicant proving his right to the tables. William Ryan. Registration of disused dam at Waite's Pahikis. Granted.
