A meeting of directors of the new Coal Company was held yesterday. It was resolved to send home for a steamer of about 250 or 300 tons, meanwhile to obtain charters of steamers or sailing vessels of about 200 tons. Prospectuses will be immediately issued. Mr W. \V. Feb. 20. The Cissy, arrived on Monday from Loudon, with 40 passengers.
