IT is notified for general information that a RENT of FIVE POUNDS per annum will be charged for the occupation of each allotment on the Colliery Reserve. It is the intention of the Provincial Government to apply to the Council for power to grant leases for fourteen years to those persons who shall have built on their allotments before the 31st of December next, occupation until that date beiug allowed on payment of Pive Pouuds.
