CATTLE TRESPASS ACT, 13GS. is hereby given, that on ±S and after the 20th Januaiy, 1878, the provisions of "The Cattle Trespass Act, 1868," will be enforced on my Land, No. 3104, north of the Mokihinui; and that it is my intention to Claim Damages for rattle, horses, sheep, pig 3, or other animals trespassing on the Land, whether the same bo fenced or unenclosed.
