In horse racing the rules of the W. J. C. to be strictly adhered to. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of £1 to the race fund. Subject to such stipulation, the races to be open to all horses that have been for three months the property of residents on the South West Goldfields.
