No entries will be received for any of the events except on the following terms :—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them, or, in judging Athletic sports, by such referees as they may appoint, such decisions in all cases to be final. In horso racing the rules of the "W. J. C. to be strictly adhered to. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of £1 to the race fund. Subject to such stipulation, the races to be open to all horses that have been for three months the property of residents on the South "West Goldfields.
