Dead man's Creek, 150 feet by GO feet, alsn for machiue site 140 feet by GO feet. Postponed. Thomas Jones Application for registration of tramway on coal mining lease. Struck oui, application informal. CASES. Sullivan and others v. Sleigh and another. Complainants alleged that the defendants, as registered holders of a dam at the rear of the Black Ball store, Addisons, had not used it for 12 months, and that the dam materially interfered with complainant's mining privileges. 'They therefore claimed that * the certificate of defendants should be cancelled, and complainants allowed to cut a race through such dam. Summons dismissedKeiler v. Ewen Peter and others— Complainant, as registered holder of head water race near Deadman's Creek, eomplniued that the defendant had unlawfully obtained registration of portion thereof, and interfered with and deprived complainant of the water flowing therein. He therefore claimed to have their certificate cancelled, and an order made that they should cease from future interference. Judgment for complainant, defendant's certificates being cauceilod.
