DISSOLUTION OP PARTNERSHIP. THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between James Moore and Thomas Thompson, of "Westport, trading and carrying on business under the style and firm of Moore and Thompson, as contractors, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. A.t the Christchurch Exhibition it is intended to select the best articles, subject to the approval of the owners, for the Vienna Exhibition in 1873. Intending contributors are requested to inform the Secretary, us early as possible, of the character and number of the objects they desire to show. CANDIDATES for the two Provincial Scholarships now open for competition, are requested to present themselves at the Public School, at Westport, on WEDNESDAY, December 4th, at 10 a.m. These Scholarships are tenable for two years, and include a yearly payment of Forty Pounds offered by the Provincial Council, and a Free Education at Nelson College offered by the Governor. Candidates must have attained their Twelfth Year before December 4th, aud must have attended a Provincial School in the Country for the last two years. For further particulars, apply to W. C.
