The British debt has been reduced by four millions. Exports to the colonies were eight millions for the quarter. Coal has reached a lower price in Glasgow. The quarters revenue of Great Britain, for the quarter ending 10th September, was sixteen millions. Sir Roundell Palmer as Lord Sherburne, becomes Lord High Chancellor.
