The report of the Privilege Commitee on the case between Captain Holt and Mr Harrison, report—lst, That no proposition derogatory to a member of the Legislature had been made ; 2nd, The evidence given, while raising suspicion, was not sufficiently explicit ; 3rd, The Committee regret that Mr Harrison laid a serious charge based on a private conversation.
