A MEETING of JUSTICES of - the PEACE will be held at the COURT HOUSE, Westport, on WEDNESDAY, the 18th September, 1872, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for Granting, Transferring, and Renew- ; of Ordinary and Bottle Licenses under the Nelson Goldhelds Licensing Act, 1872. Each Tenderer will be required to give security, as provided for on the form of tender, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of tender, binding the tenderer to take up the service tendered for and execute the necessary contract bond in the event of his tender being accepted. Forms of tender and security, with terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post Office. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the printed forms provided by the Department.
