WESTPORT DISTRICT HOSPITAL.

-At the monthly meeting of the Committee, held on the Gth inst., present: Dr Giles, chairman, and Messrs Fisher» J. L. Munson, Powell, Humphrey, and Gilmer, the following business was transacted: — Mr 11. Whyte was re-elected honorary treasurer ; Mr J. Humphrey, as honorary secretary ; and Messrs Fisher and Powell, auditors for the current year. The Visiting Committee were empowered to procure a kitchen range, at a price not exceeding £ls. 'fenders were accepted as follows : Meat, Suisted Brothers ; bread, Neil ; wine and spirits, Bailie and Humphrey); groceries, Powell ; milk, Nelson and Anderson; coals and firewood, Jules Kelpe ; burials, J. A. Carr. Messrs Fisher, Gilmer, and Powell were appointed a Visiting Committee for the current month. The meeting then adjourned.
