(from our own correspondents.) WELLINGTON. August 15. The General Government have decided on a County form of Government, uniting Westland and the Nelson Goldfields. A bill to that effect will be shortly pruduced. In tho Hotise last flight Mr Curtis moved a resolution re the General Government utilising the provincial machinery, Mr Fox said the resolution proposed, though not taken as a direct vote of want of confidence, would cause the resignation of the Ministry if carried. Mr Stafford has since framed a motion of direct vote of want of confidence, to be tabled this evening.
