(pee greville's telegram company, renter's agents). MELBOURNE. May 2. The twenty-third annual meeting of the Australian Mutual Provident Society was held at Sydney on the 23th of April. The report presented showed extraordinary success. The Society have issued during the year 2337 new policies, and the new premium amounted to ,£32,788 per annum, assuring £830,904. The gross annual revenue amounts to £249,076, and the credit balance, for the year, £146,682. The accumulated funds now amounts to £964,824.
