On Priday, the Nineteenth day of April, 1872, UPON reading the Affidavits of Timothy M'Loughlin and Robert Pollock, sworn and filed herein, I do order that Robert Pollock, a Curator of the Estates of deceased persons, shall be administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels, and effects of George How Warr, deceased intestate, and that he shall exhibit unto this Court a true and faithful inventory of all the estate and effects en or before the nineteenth day of July next and a true administration thereof on or before the third day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two, and that this order be published in the " Westport Times' newspaper as the " Intestate Estates Act, 1865," directs. On Friday, the Nineteenth day of April, 1872, UPON reading the Affidavits of William Henry Bray and Rohert Pollock, sworn and filed herein, I do order that Robprt Pollock, a Curator of the Estates of deceased persons, shall be administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels, and effects of James Hodge, deceased intestate, and that he shall exhibit into Court a true and faithful inventory of all the estate and effects on or before the Nineteenth day of July next, and also file a true account of his administration thereof on or before the eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy, two, and that this order be published in the " Westport Times" newspaper as the " Intestate Estates Act, 1865," directs.
