XN virtue of the provisions contained in the conditions upon which protection was granted to JOHN MAUNDER LANGDON for a PUNT FERRY across the Buller River, dated 24th June, 1871, I, the Warden of the district, being satisfied that the Ferry is not conducted in an efficient manner, and in accordance with the said conditions, do hereby suspend the operation of the protection.
