King.—£s Gs 5J for butcher meat supplied, .ludgmeut by default. Jules Simon v. Mary Ann Jackson. —£2 8s for rent. Judgment by default. Thomas 11. Dickinson v. Henry Barker.—Summons not served. Extended for one week. James Simpson v. Antonio Thomas. —£3 15s for goods supplied. Judgmeut by default. It. Honess v. Andrew Corrigan.— £6. Plaintiff stated that the account was for 1000 palings, part of which was delivered in January and the balance in February last. Defendant contended that the palings were only 4i- feet lengths in place of 5 feet lengths as ordered. Judgment for £5 and costs. Thomas H. Dickinson v. David M'Hugh.—£l 6s for goods supplied. Judgment by default. Christopher Brown v. Antonio Thomas.—£3 4s. This was a judgment summons to which defendant ap. peared. Defendant stated that he was unable to pay the whole amount, but had offered 50s in settlement. Order made that 50s be paid into Court, and the balance in one mouth, or in default fourteen days' imprisonment. Another unimportant case, in which a nonsuit was granted, terminated the day's proceedings.
