New Zealand Gazette, of March 25tli publishes tb<e following regulations foi th banks as above newly established at Ch'ist church, Lyttelton, Kaiapoi, Tiinaru, Akrao Hokitika, Greymouth, Waimate, Westocrt and Charleston. 1. Interest at the rate of 4 per cent, pt annum is given on £2OO and under ; at k rate of 3 per cent, per annum on turn under £SOO ; and in the same proportion fc any shorter time on every complete £lde posited, provided that no interest bo albw on more than £r>oo. 2.
