Posteu at any Post-office within the colony for dc ivery at or from any other Post-offiea wit' n the Colony— N exceeding half-an-ounce ... Twopence, iceeding half-an-ounee but not exceeding one ounce Fourpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce Twopence FlT.—Austkaman Colonies. Not exceeding half an ounce, Threepence Exceeding half-an-ounce but not exceeding one ounce Sixpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce .... Threepence NEWSPAPERS. Forplaces within the colony, the Australian Colonies, and the United Kingdom, XJuitca States, v-i San Francisco are chargeable w'di a rate of one penny.
