SCHEDULE. 1. Persons desirous of obtaining advances of money for the time specified shall make application in vrath.g to the "Wardbn of the District or I • a Agent duly appointed in that behalf for the Province or District in whi> the intended works are to be construi - ed, and such application shall state. (1.) The names and descriptioi of the applicants, or if tl: y be a Company registd d under any-Act of the Ge: - rat Assembly, then the ref. - tered particulars thereof. (2.) The names of the Eugiiv < i" and Manager of the cut*-* prise. (3.) The general .descri'iiti'-" • ' the water race or races, dan . reservoirs, or other work . proposed to be constructc together with duly attest copies of the certificate <" certificates of title to 1' ■ water or ground; the quantity of water intended to l>'o conveyed or stored; the length of the race or races ; size of reservoirs or dams : the maximum rate proposeto be charged for the wat< ; the nature and extent of t' auriferous ground proposal to be supplied with water. With the application the app' - cant shall forward to the Warden > •• agent a receipt from the Kceeiver . i Land Revenue of the District for the amount of 2h per cent, upon the money proposed to be borrowed. 3.
