SCHEDULE. 1. Persons desirous of obtaining advances of money for the time specified shall make application in writing to the Warden of the District or the Agent duly appointed in that behalffor the Province or District in win.-' the intended works are to be con; trai. • ed, and such application shad state(l.) The names 'and descriptions of the applicants, or if tin y be a Company register*.. under any Act of the fieneraPAssembly, then the regi - tered particulars thereof. (2.) The names of the Engineer and Manager cf the enterprise. (3.) The general description 'of the water race or races, datm--", reservoirs, or other works' proposed to be Constructed, together with duly attested copies of the certificate or certificates of title to the water or ground; thequantily of water intended to be conveyo'l or stored ; the length of the race or races : size of "reservoirs or dams ; the maximum rate ptoposeo to be charged for the water ; the nature and extent of tin auriferous ground propose c! to be supplied with water. (4.) The estimated cost of tlie enterprise. (5.) The proposed capital. (G.) The interests, if any, affectcby the diversion or storage of the water to be dealt with (7.) The amount of money pro posed to be borrowed, which must not exceed one-third ot the estimated cost of tin construction of the works. 2.
