ALCOLM STEVENSON of the . Landing Place, Inangahua, having just completed the erection of a new and extensive Receiving Store, the same being built about 20 feet above the level of the highest flood marks, is prepared to store goods on the usual terms, February 1, 1871. "NIVEESITY OF OTAGO. Classes for Latin, Greek, English Language and Literature, Matkamaties, Natural Philosophy, &e., will be opened at Dunedin about the Ist of July, 1871. There will be no martisulation examination for the first cession. The session will la&t for G Months during the entire course of which Instruction will be given to each class by the Professor by means of Text Books, Lectures and written and oral examinations. The Vieo Chancellor and other University Authorities will. provide for the proper supervision of students from a distance. The fee is Three Guineas per term for each professor.
