Qualification to jump a hurdle opposite to the Grand Stand. POURTH EACE. BULLEE HURDLE HANDICAP of 20 sovs. Two miles. Entry 2 sovs. PIPTH EACE. Consolation Stakes of 10 sovs., (if funds available), for all horses beaten at the meeting. One and a half mile. Post entry of 1 sov. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entries will be received for any of the races except on the following conditions:— Tbat all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them, whose decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the above programme shall be final. The rules of the Westport Jockey Club strictly adhered to. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of £1 to the. race fund. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, at the Post Office Hotel. Entrance mouey to be enclosed with the name and age of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. No jockey allowed to ride except in the colours entered, under a penalty of £1 Is. There must be three entries, or no race.
