On Wednesday was a good attendance, but no betting, and very little sporting excitement. The booths did a good business. Some amusement arose out of a false start, when nearly all the horses got away,. and made a good race home, the. starter and judge making their appearance in time to see the fiuish. A second start was afterwards made, with the above result.
