Not exceeding half an ounce, Threepence Exceeding half-an-ounce but not exceeding one ounce Sixpence. For every half-ounce over one ounce Threepence NEWSPAPERS. Forplaces within the colony, the Australian Colonies, and the United Kingdom, Uuitcd States, v 4 v. San Francisco are chargeable w'tii a ratf of one penny.
