In Bankruptcy. ± JOHN CURTAIN, miner, adjudicated Bankrupt, to have been held at the Court House, Westport, on Wednesday the 22nd instant, not having been attended by the Creditors, the meeting stands adjourned until Wednesday the 29th instant, and the Court House, Westport, at the hour of Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, is appointed the day, hour, and place, for the meeting of tho Creditors of said Bankrupt, and for Bankrupt to surrender.
