BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.
Wellington Nov. 10. The Fox Hill Railway is provided for under the Public Works Act. O'Conor opposed it without avail, but succeeded in getting the Mount Rochfort coal line also placed in the schedule. The Government support the proposal. The session is likely to be prorogued on Tuesday. Harrison's motion relative to the withdrawal of the delegated powers from the County Chairman and Superintendent of Nelson has been withdrawn, the Government having promised to introduce a new Constitution Act next session.
