Each tenderer will be required to give security as provided for on the form of tender, which may be procured at auy Post Office, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of the tender, binding the tenderer to take up the service tendered for, and execute the necessary contract bond, in the event of his tender being accepted. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the printed form provided by the Department.
