Patrick Condon charged with obtaining money under false pretences, was acquitted. Patrick Corbett, charged with rape, pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. Hazlede'an pleaded guilty to stealing a watch, and was imprisoned for six mouths. A true bill was found against M'Bonald, charged with arson and murder. Bunedin, September 4. "Walker has accepted Christie's" terms, and the nfle match will be fired at Bunedin, on November 29th, for £l5O a-side.
