ITS RE ALEXNDEB CAMPBELL. The insolvent had been put back at the previous sitting to furnish further accounts. The trustee, John Braithwaite, had not sent in any report; and there being no opposition, the bankrupt obtained his order of discharge. APPLICATION. Mr Bickerton Fisher, on behalf of William Pitt applied for an order to wind up the Enterprise Quartz Mining _ Company, "Waimangaroa. Affidavits had been filed, and his Honour granted the required order.
