Up to a certain amount, Married Women may effect Policies, mid dispose of the money assured by will, as if single ; and such Policies are free from the debts and control of their husbands. 3. Insurances may be effected for the benefit of wifk and chtldbex, with powor to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be free from the claim ef creditors, to the extent of £2OOO-.
