EXPECTED CARLIST RISING IN SPAIN.
A Carlist movement is considered imminent in Spain. Spanish Legitimists swarm on the Pyrenean frontier, and Don Carlos in person is at Bayonne. A great many arrests have been made from indications furnished by the French police. One convoy of prisoners was almost rescued by women and children led "by a priest. Great agitation is said to prevail in Andalusia and Catalonia. The Legitimists and Eepublicans.coalesce against the Savoy dynasty.
