Auckland, July 22. The latest from Auckland shows a rise in Caledonians which closed firm at £145. They just lodged 4500 ozs obtained from general stuff. Thames are quoted at £27 to £2B ; Tookey's, £27 ; Nonpareil, £4 10s. A man, named William Eotheringham, has been killed by a cart running over him.

Moorhouse has resigned the Eegistrar Generalship of Land for private reasons.
