(pee gbeviile's TELEGRAM COMPANY, reuter's agents). Hokitika, July 21. The schooner Waterman was totally wrecked on the beach two miles north of Hokitika, yesterday morning. No lives were lost. It is expected to save about half the cargo. She was bound for Greymouth from Melbourne, but was blowu ashore here by the force of the gale. It is thought that she will soon break up, as a terrific sea is still running.
