INTERLOPERS NOT WANTED.

The Birmingham * News' has the following sensational telegram . —" If my. information is correct—and I have reason to think it is—Queen Victoria has just received a message of a most extraordinary character from the Em-peror-King of Germany on the subject of the approaching marriage between the Princess Louise and the Marquis of Lome. lam informed that the Emperor William has sent our Queen an autograph letter, in which His Majesty expresses his strongest disapproval of the marriage of the English Princess with the Scotch Marquis. But this is not all. The German Emperor intimates that had he known Queen Victoria would ever have sanctioned such an alliance as that which is to be celebrated on Tuesday next, he would have considered twice before permitting his son, the Crown Prince, to wed the Princess of England."
